Graduation & Achievements Celebration

“C.O.P. Family, It’s Time to Celebrate Your Accomplishments!”

C.O.P. Members of all ages, if you or your children had any recent (within the last 6 months) accomplishments or received any special awards (e.g., academic, athletic, arts, military, career/job, extracurricular, civic, character or ministry related), please submit a completed C.O.P.  Achievement Awards form and photo (either electronically here: Graduation/Achievement Form or in paper form in the “C.O.P. ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS” box in the Narthex  by Sunday, July 12, 2026.) Photos may also be emailed to: COPnews1@gmail.com.

Parents of 2026 High School Graduates, please also submit a video (1 minute to 1-1/2 minutes) congratulating your high school graduate along with three photos of your graduate: one baby photo, one middle school age photo, and one current photo/high school photo no later than the July 12th deadline. Videos and photos can be emailed to: COPnews1@gmail.com.

Note: Incomplete/late forms will be forfeited.
